• Assets must be fully functional in UEFN
• Include clear documentation and setup instructions
• Provide accurate preview images and videos
• List all dependencies and requirements
• Test thoroughly before submission
• Keep assets updated for new UEFN versions

• You must own or have rights to sell all content
• No copyrighted materials without proper licensing
• Original work is preferred and highlighted
• Clearly state license type for each asset
• Provide accurate file format and size information

• Stolen or plagiarized content
• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Content that violates Epic Games TOS
• Misleading or fraudulent listings
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Adult or explicit content

If you offer commission services or maintain a portfolio on UEFNMarketplace:

• Portfolio items must accurately represent your own work — do not include work created by others
• Commission proposals must be specific to the buyer's request — generic copy-paste proposals are not permitted
• Deliver work that matches the agreed scope, quality, and timeline
• Communicate proactively with buyers — provide regular progress updates within the contract workspace
• Do not deliver placeholder or intentionally low-quality work to trigger milestone release
• Respect confidentiality — do not share a buyer's brief or project details publicly without their consent

When promoting assets through the self-service ad system:

• Ad creatives must accurately represent the asset being promoted
• Do not use misleading thumbnails, fake urgency, or fabricated scarcity
• Assets under review, suspended, or previously rejected cannot be promoted
• All ad content must comply with the same quality and content standards as regular listings

Our team reviews submitted assets based on your subscription tier:

• Free tier: Asset reviews are processed within 48 hours of submission
• Pro tier: Priority review — processed within 24 hours
• Elite tier: Priority review — processed within 24 hours

Review times are targets, not guarantees. During periods of high submission volume, reviews may take longer. You will be notified of the outcome via email and your dashboard.
