UEFNMarketplace respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same.
Important Notice
Filing a false DMCA claim is illegal and may result in legal consequences. Only submit a claim if you genuinely believe your copyright has been infringed.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on UEFNMarketplace infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material to be removed, including the URL or other information to help us locate it.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or applicable jurisdiction if outside the US) and will accept service from the complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
UEFNMarketplace maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. This may include:
- Permanent account suspension
- Removal of all content associated with the account
- Ban from creating new accounts
- Forfeiture of any pending earnings
